Badminton has long been played as a competitive sport ever since it was being developed many years ago.  It is the fastest racket sport on earth.  Badminton players are as fit if not fitter than other sports, such as tennis, basketball.  Badminton is a game which demonstrates speed, stamina, agility, power, and also delicate skills and touches.  It is also a game of strategies, tactics, and mental fitness.
